Terms and Conditions

The price includes: 
• All practice sessions, use of the facilities, yoga mats, props and blankets, bedding and towels
• 2 excursions
• 7 nights’ accommodation
• Vegetarian/vegan catering

Food is viewed as a support to the teaching and therefore is of the best quality, seasonal, sustainably sourced, organic where possible and avoiding processed or chemically treated ingredients. Dietary requirements can be accommodated to a broad extent. 

No responsibility can be accepted for late arrival to the airport or venue, loss or damage to visitors’ personal belongings (or vehicles if making your own way). 
Guests are responsible for any damage to the venue during their stay.  

Bookings require a £250 non-refundable deposit, which will be paid to the venue to secure your place. The balancemust be paid by 1st February 2023.
  
Rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and we will endeavour to meet your preferences wherever possible.

Should cancellation be necessary, as a result of illness related to the pandemic, a discretionary refund may be given, upon evidence of the need to withdraw.

Refunds, prior to one month of the retreat start date, are not possible in any other circumstance.  A 50% refund may be possible for cancellations over one month prior to the retreat start date.

Should the retreat be cancelled due to travel restrictions or government guidelines, the retreat will be re-scheduled.
